Affiliate / Referral Program

startnew.app is developing a referral program that allows users on the platform to accrue additional credits and then pay it out to their bank account.

At the moment, you can refer your friends to receive credits on your personal account balance, however we are still working on the payout process. Send your feedback if you have some!

Rules

For referral and accruing credits:

• Referral program is available to all users of startnew.app.
• At the moment, you will only earn bonus on first purchase of the referred user.
• The credits will only count if user has registered a new account with your link.
• Credits are added after purchase completion; refunds will remove the earned credits, chargebacks will remove 1 extra credit.
• You need to comply with regulations of US and EU (and other applicable countries) for referral programs, including:
• You cannot use spam or other unsolicited email/sms/phone/etc communication to offer a referral link.
• You might have to disclose that it is a referral link in any way that is understandable by the targeted user.

For payouts:

• You should have a bank account linked to PayPal or PayPal balance account.
• You can request payout once you have at least 20 credits ($20).
• In order to request payout, head to refund section of your account and link your PayPal account.
• PayPal might not work in your location. Confirm with PayPal whether you can receive payouts.

Violating any of these rules may result in suspending your account or revoking credits you have earned.

It might take some time for the payout to appear on your bank statement. Contact us if you don't see it in 48 hours.
