How do I get credits?

We offer you a convenient and secure way to purchase credits. The payment process is completely hosted by a secure vendor. We do not handle or save any of the billing data.

Start by navigating to your account and choosing what you want to purchase. After the payment is complete, you will receive credits in your account.

What is the "Business Plan" purchase option?

We have set a minimum price that is reasonable to charge for the generation of entire business plan (20 credits). By purchasing this plan you will get a bundle of full business plan generation annd extra credits for all edits you might need.

Can I buy different amount of credits?

Yes, you can increase quantity of package that you have selected. However you can only buy as minimum as our smallest package (10 credits). There are few reasons why we decided to keep it this way (including fees from payment processors and fraud activities).

Is there a refund?

If you are unsatisfied with service, please contact us within 24 hours of payment providing all billing information and your email used to sign up.

We manually will review your application and proceed with the action on your request. Please allow us 5+ business days to process your request.

At the moment there is no self-service refunds, however we are working to bring it to life.

Can I do chargeback instead?

Please consider contacting us for a refund if you are unsatisfied. Chargebacks are a costly and long procedure, which will result in descreasing your credit balance by the original charged amount + additional chargeback fees.
